Processing of personal data
Requests for information or data by visitors to the site may be dependant on personal information being entered; the processing of such data shall take place in complete compliance with Act no. 675 of December 31, 1996.
The concession of the aforesaid personal data is totally optional and is in any event in the data subject's discretion.
After the visitor has given his express consent to the use of the data, it may be used for mail selling activities.
ACEM S.p.A. shall process the personal data for the purposes set out above using computer or telematic instruments and if the need arises also manually, but in any event in such a way as to guarantee the safety of the data itself.
At any time and as against ACEM S.p.A. the data subject shall be entitled to avail himself of the rights afforded to him in terms of section 13 of the aforesaid Act no. 675 of December 31, 1996, by sending an e-mail to info@acem.it alternatively by sending a letter to the company's address.
